Description: SPARQ Combine Prep Football Camp Develop proper mechanics in all areas of football combine testing. Gain speed and power by working on technique in the 40 yd dash, pro-agility and 3-cone drills and vertical standing broad jump. Each athlete will participate in full combine testing and will receive a VIDEO ANALYSIS DVD of their tests.
High School Athletes Choose 1 of the following Groups June 16-27, 8:00-9:30am/Group 1 June 16-27, 5:00-7:30pm/Group 2 $150
SPARQ Football Mini-Camp Campers will work on their explosive power, maximal strength, strength endurance, foot quickness, lateral movement and running technique as well as increase closing speed, enhance blocking and tackling strength. Gain speed and power by working on technique in the 40 yd dash, vertical jump, Power Ball Chest Launch and Shuttle.

Soccer Conditioning & Speed Camp Our coaches will teach you how to sprint correctly, help you with your multi-directional abilities on the soccer field, work on your core strength and flexibility as well as your overall conditioning. Snack and Gatorade provided. Both boys and girls.

Yolanda Belin’s Total FEMALE Athlete Speed & Agility Camp Develop a quick first step and learn the proper running form and mechanics. Gain flexibility and core strength to enhance injury prevention. For FEMALE athletes in POWER sports. Snack and Gatorade provided.
