Dog House Music is pleased to present its Rock & Roll Camp for Teens who play or want to learn guitar, bass, drums, vocals or keyboard. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, this camp will give you the opportunity to expand or refine your abilities. With the help of our professional staff of instructors, in our state of the art rehearsal studios, students will play in a band, write a song, perform live at a local venue and record a CD!
Curriculum
Students learn techniques needed to play the music they love. Under the direction of our professional staff of highly trained teacher musicians they will begin their day with music lessons on their instrument of choice, followed by music theory, and music promotion. During the afternoon session, teens will form bands with students at a similar playing level to attend song writing class followed by rehearsing and performing an original song. On the last day of class we will have a live performance in a local music venue for parents and friends to attend. Students will receive a live CD of their performance!
Special Events
Each morning our staff will perform a session for students including rock, bluegrass, metal and blues. During some sessions professional guests may drop in and perform.

Guitar, Bass, Vocals, Keyboard, Drums. Play something else? We have accomodated instruments ranging from trumpet to electric violin.
Professional Staff on Site. Camps run all summer, plus fall, winter, and spring school holidays.
Intensive weekend workshops and adult programs also available. New in 2008: pilot half-day program for kids ages 6-10, inquire for dates.
